Partners with Management
Dimeling, Schreiber & Park (“DS&P”) looks to partner with superior management teams for its acquisitions.
As partners with DS&P, management continues to make all day-to-day operating decisions. DS&P’s partners are active board members who can help develop strategic plans and provide assistance in targeting and financing opportunistic acquisitions, allowing management to focus on the company's operations.
We believe it essential to align the business and economic interests of owners, management and employees. As a result, DS&P structures acquisitions to allow for management and employees to have a significant ownership interest in the company through performance-based equity vesting programs.
Acquisition Criteria
DS&P seeks investments with unusual potential. Our experience and focus is on manufacturing and service operations across a broad range of industries in the middle market.
We generally seek middle market manufacturing and service operations with historically profitable operations and an experienced, dedicated management team. Companies we have acquired range from $20 million to $250 million in revenues.
In addition to our experience in the middle market, DS&P has completed numerous acquisitions out of bankruptcy and several recapitalizations. Through these acquisitions, the firm has developed a unique competence in the financing and management requirements of troubled companies. With proper care, companies can emerge from this process invigorated and with a new sense of purpose.
